Hometown Management

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Hometown management. Throughout my interactions, I observed behavior and decision-making that appeared discriminatory and inconsistent with fair housing practices. Despite meeting all stated requirements, I was subjected to excessive scrutiny and delays not applied to other applicants. Such actions raise serious concerns about bias and unequal treatment. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and leasing companies must be held to a standard of fairness, transparency, and professionalism. I hope this review encourages leadership within their company to reflect, investigate, and make necessary changes to ensure all applicants are treated equitably. I would not recommend this company to others until these issues are addressed.

Highly recommend Hometown Management for your real estate needs! (Rentals or new home builds) We rented a beautiful house for our daughter on 1012 Dominik last year and wished we had found Hometown Management sooner. (We have lived all over college station and rented from other property companies - but this by far was the smoothest company to work with.) Melissa and Ryan have been very attentive to our needs / move in was seamless and vacating was equally as smooth! I have a son starting school in a few weeks and will definitely use Hometown Management again - when the time comes for him to transition into a house! Thank you for everything! Highly recommended Hometown Management for your rental needs. The company was super easy to work with, they always took care of my son's maintenance requests in a timely manner. After dealing with a not so pleasant landlord on my son's last townhouse in College Station, dealing with Hometown was a very pleasant experience. Can't recommended them enough.

Hometown Management has by far been the best company I have experienced when renting in the College Station/Bryan area! This family owned company provided me with the perfect home, easy move in/out, and so much more!! If you are in need of a rental this is the best company you will find!
