We almost went to some showings this weekend but I am glad I saw your reviews. We are looking for a good management company to rent from. I since have canceled all appointments with this company.

This company is a scam. They took my money for the application and never contacted my job, my references, or my previous landlord. My renter score was great, but they still never reached out to verify anything. I don’t know if the person doing the tours is giving out a fake link or what, but the whole thing feels like a scam. They’re quick to take your money but don’t do anything on their end. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Because my Google name is not under my real name as I stated a scam y’all never reach out to my employer, my apartment unit or references how do I know they told me no one reach out. Y’all denied my application and it was over the weekend when yall office was closed DONOT APPLY FOR ANY PROPERTY THRU THEM SCAM SCAM SCAM

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars I would. I moved into one of their units in Marcus Hook, the first night I found a lot of roaches. I informed them immediately and told them I would not be moving my stuff in until the problem is fixed. They sent out an exterminator 5 days later, he informed “I would still see a couple roaches after this but it won’t be bad”. I returned the keys two weeks after getting them because I was not informed the apartment had roaches. Morgan Coacher is now saying that the apartment having roaches isn’t a reason to break my lease and I now owe them money for the whole term of my lease even though I never moved my stuff into the unit and only had the keys for two weeks. How are you going to run apartments in Salem and require the tenants to return your keys to another town? We already have so much going on with moving and than add that into the mix. Have people pick up the keys, or don't manage apartments outside of Monmouth. Had no choice, apartments I currently live in have been switched three times since I moved in with property management 🙃
