This place will attempt to take anyone's money it seems from applications, and never upholding maintenance standards, all completly unapologetically. The reviews speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not submit an application. They charge a ridiculous amount to NO REFUND at all unless you choose to supposedly move in. I should have listened to the reviews from this place. Definitely filing a dispute against them. Be warned ⚠️

If you listen to any review listen to this one. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was mine and my little families first apartment. At first things were not bad and then new management took over. The only good thing here is Leo the maintenance man. He is absolutely AWESOME! This place is absolutely horrible and left us with awful memories as our first home as a family. From our shower having mold in it and taking 2 weeks to be fixed and it was a nightmare. Could not give our son a bath in our tub due to how bad the drain was rusted and chipping after being “fixed” twice. Upon move in the inch of dirt left on the ceiling fans and the filter that had not been changed in who knows how long. Aggressive neighbors screaming at all hours of the night. My girlfriend and I just moved in, and we’re already so impressed! The move-in process was unbelievably smooth, the staff is warm and welcoming. maintenance is lightning fast (seriously, I think they have superpowers). there are quite a few crickets around, but we’ve decided they’re our new nighttime soundtrack—and honestly, way better than dealing with cockroaches like most property’s We already feel at home here and can’t wait to enjoy everything this community has to offer!! 10/10 experience so far and would totally recommend❤️

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I love my neighbors. I moved in in August. When we first moved in I noticed the weatherstripping on the entry door is desperately needed. There is a half inch gap under the door and the door doesn’t latch all the way. I requested maintenance, they came out said they had to order something. Then my maintenance request was closed. There is still a gap under the door. Our patio doesn’t have a screen because the screen door was in the little storage room with a big hole in it. The bathtub was needing to be refinished. Whoever they had come refinish it clearly painted it and called it good. There are paint drips and cracks all over, and the paint is peeling up at the bottom of the tub.
