Homestead at Hamlin

I’ve been here since they opened and after a year and a half here I can say that I am very happy with the staff, the facilities and the apartment. The manager , Whitney is always very helpful and responsive. Justin and Ismael , in maintenance, are always ready to help us. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. My neighbors are very nice and polite. Zero problems with anyone so far. There’s been a lot of changes since we were only 4 people in the community. With so many people moving in this summer I thought it was going to be chaotic but thank goodness it’s been rather smooth. I’m not saying that it’s perfect of course, there’s always something or someone, you know, but until today , that I am writing this review , I truly hope it keeps meeting my expectations. I like it. I just moved into Homestead at Hamlin yesterday and have had a great experience so far! Alphonso was incredibly personable throughout the entire process and is honestly one of the main reasons I chose this community over others. He made everything feel welcoming and truly helped create that sense of community from the start. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The indoor hallways are huge and kept extremely clean. My unit was also cleaned very thoroughly before move-in and smelled fresh without that overwhelming chemical cleaning smell, which I really appreciated. The amenities are impressive and clearly well cared for. I had friends come help me move in and they were all in awe of how nice everything is. Bianca gave an excellent tour and was absolutely wonderful—very pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. She took her time explaining everything, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares and takes pride in what she does. The apartments and amenities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere of the community is calm and inviting. This was one of the best apartment tours I’ve had, and I highly recommend Homestead at Hamlin Lakes—especially if you get the chance to get the tour with Bianca!

We had an amazing move-in experience at Homestead at Hamlin, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bianca, our leasing consultant. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly excited to help us. She explained life at Homestead so well and made our tour feel fun, personal, and exciting while making sure we did not miss a single amenity. Bianca truly went above and beyond for us. She even let us come in before our lease start date to tour the model unit so we could take measurements for our actual apartment. She followed up afterward to let us know the cabinet color in our unit (which we very much appreciated so we could plan around it :) ). This is by far the best apartment complex, or place in general I have ever lived. The office staff was so nice and helpful and made the leasing process very easy. The apartment and amenities areas are absolutely amazing and modern. I feel like I’m always on vacation! They are always having vendors and community events. The apartment design is so well done I love the look. The maintenance staff I see working are amazing, always friendly and keep the place looking and working so well. I am so happy I made the decision to move here. I have been here almost 6 months and have no reason to ever leave, I could not find a better place in a better area. Thank you everyone at Homestead
