The worst experience as a seller I’ve ever had regarding the sell of my house. Joan was the worst, never updating, constantly lying in regards to the sell. Yes our house sold, but at our expense of an additional $12,000 of “ standard” fees we were never told about until after the signed contract. They are great until they get that contract and then you are treated like you are nothing. Extended the closing 3 times and still never told that it actually closed until I contacted her. Nothing but stress throughout entire process. She placed blame on everyone but herself. We might as well never existed the way we were treated. I hope she enjoys that commission for doing nothing. It will definitely be the last from us.

Homestar Realtors pacetti I talked to the Realtors and weeks 3 ago about buying my House.They come up with a great price for me. So I hired them to sell it. (I tried for sale by owner didn't work). The Realtor called me Tuesday afternoon and told me that we had a buyer for my place. I thought he was kidding me lol. No he was serious thank GOD. Terri Pacetti and Don Sutton worked on the closing. They worked hard on the closing and I will get my funds next week. Thank you guys at Homestar pacetti Realty. I will tell everyone about Homestar pacetti because they gave me professional, courtesy, and talked with me about the whole process along. I would not recommend them to anyone. 2 of the realtors did not return calls to submit a offer on property.We were the first to ask to submit a offer and the realitor took another offer and did not submit ours.
