Unfortunately because this company employs a real estate agent who is untrustworthy and who really is all about a quick sale and money, they are being rated 1 star. This agent suggested a certain inspector that he recommended and trusted and because this was my first home I was naive, I went with his recommendation. We had 7 days for the inspection report get back to us. Both the realtor and inspector were less than interested In getting this report back to us. We got locked into the house because we didn't comply with terms. But on the 10th day when we received the report we were told of minor things that needed to be done and not to worry and the house came with a "new roof " We mentioned after the report that we noticed some black stuff on the inside wood of the attic.
