If you’re looking for a money hungry realtor with no morals Brandon Hewitt is your guy! Convinced my elderly termal mom to sell her house when she was clearly mentally incapable of making decisions. Sat there and helped her fill out paperwork when she couldn’t write or read herself. She didn’t even have the mental capability of unlocking her phone or dialing a number on her own without assistance when she signed for this sale. Changed locks on the house immediately the same day after I spoke to him telling him I didn’t feel comfortable assisting in this sale and that her medical staff and children felt she wasn’t aware of what she was doing. donated/ threw away my things without my consent or permission. Over $10,000 of my stuff forever gone including priceless photos and my son’s carseat

Cost my wife and I our dream house. Took lower bid without allowing us to do the same waiver. Didn't even make a common courtesy call tonask if we would do the same. Shady company. Definitely not a cut above as the agent said.

If you're too cheap to pay for postage, and too lazy to actually hand the postcards out door-to-door, just illegally litter by throwing sacks of rocks in people's yards! At least she did it the night before trash pickup so I could clean up the neighborhood quickly.
