Homes of Persimmon Townhomes

Toured a couple of town homes today at Viva Town homes and was sold with the 4 bedroom apt. New management was so welcoming and so helpful with the process! The property was so clean and the pool was sparkling!

new change in management allows tenants to move into dirty roach infested townhomes but swear they do anything to help but it took having to pay for a bug man to come out myself to get half the problem fixed... Don't move here it's so not worth it

Deborah is a blessing sent from God to me and my husband..Talk about helping us she did we found our new home.

First of all Dallas in general is very beautiful. These town homes have come ah very long way and the staff as well. Ms. Jen is a tremendous help with anyone who comes in contact with her. They are only getting better. It’s like a new day has come to homes at persimmon for the better. Great size casa.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for Ms. D!!! The fact that she isn’t the manager over this property yet is absolutely insane. The amount of professionalism, support, time and unparalleled customer service she puts into her job is untouchable. I have lived in many places and to come across someone with such amazing customer service made my moving experience twice as better! thank you for everything you do to accommodate your tenants. Whatever God has in store for you, it’s going to be truly amazing. I love my new home thank you!!
