They made the process smooth and stress free, answering all our questions (which were many!). Although we have been staying in Orlando rentals ourselves for many years, having expert help and guidance was key to making our dreams become a reality. Those people "managed" our 4 bd/3ba, pool townhouse at Storey Lake. They overcharge consistently, their entire billing system is nearly impossible to follow and clearly shady. When confronted they admit to some overcharging and then miraculously find more stuff to charge for in the following months. They prey on owners who live far away from Florida and there are too busy to monitor every move the management makes. I would personally leave the property completely unoccupied than to contract Homes of America.

We live in a trailer court called lucky horseshoe in Riverton IL that this company owns. Been here a year and have had5-6 managers quit no one ever in office they charge late fees when u can’t get checks up there cause no one ever works here. Doesn’t keep trailer court roads cleaned at all when they are supposed to no maintence is ever done around here. They also put someone’s else’s money on our account and screwed up ours this company has no number to contact about anything worse place I have ever lived!!!

I've been renting with HoA since my son was 2 years old, he's 17 now so over the years interacted with them many times. Overall the rental process is smooth, the standards of comms, service and engagement are good and that means the usual stress of hoping your holiday rental is good you don't get. Last couple of times I have dealt with Susan, but never had any issues as a customer of HOA with my family.

Ben and Zoe from Homes of America have been amazing through the 5 years we have worked with them. We bought our beautiful florida holiday home through them in 2019, and they held our hands through the entire process as we live in the UK, and then helped us sell it more recently, which was again a seamless process. We will definitely be using them to buy our next property in Orlando, very soon hopefully! Definitely recommend!
