I am such a fan of anything built by Homes By WestBay. This Wellen Park is gorgeous. The lot sizes are well spaced, the finishes are lovely. Their kitchens are ALWAYS on point. Plus, closet space is plentiful. Janet & Maggie are both wonderful and amazing Sales Consultants, they take the time to answer any questions (and I always have a lot) .
Janet helped my wife and I find the perfect home. Janet answered all our questions (which were many) was very patient and we ended up with our new forever home. Everly is a fantastic place to live and Homes by WestBay are quality through and through.
My wife and I absolutely love WestBay's homes in Everly. The sales staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making our experience truly enjoyable. We especially loved working with Janet!
My home (Biscayne II) was delivered exactly as designed, with no punch list items remaining as of closing day. Construction Manager Randy was terrific to work with, and Janet in sales is a pro.
Amazing experience, Steve Knox is top notch in his profession. There was not one bump in the road the ENTIRE building process. I love my new home!
