Our experience building with WestBay at Triple Creek has been outstanding from start to finish. The process was well-organized, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From our first meeting with Thea Douglas of the sales team through design selections and construction, every member of the WestBay team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a real commitment to quality. We were particularly impressed with how smoothly communication flowed throughout the build. Updates (with pictures) were timely, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and courteously. The design consultant helped us create a home that truly reflects our style, while the construction team led by Merril Martin ensured that everything was completed to a high standard. No home buying (or building) experience is perfect, but Homes By West Bay did a fantastic job working very hard to make everything right for us. The sales staff (Dominique) was incredibly friendly and helpful, and as the home progressed, we had visibility into the work, updates from the builder (John), and easy access to the site. We could also ask questions at any time. Our home finished on time, the walkthroughs were very detail-oriented, with checklists and sign-off, and the move-in went really well. We love the new place, and also wanted to mention that the after-closing support has been very good too. We have a warranty rep (Greg) who does his best to keep track of every detail. Everything seemed great right up until we were about to sign a contract and have our home built. Our salesman's customer service completely fell off as soon as he thought it was a done deal. We then caught him many an instance of not being completely upfront with us about everything. All of that said, WestBay themselves makes beautiful homes and are certainly the most customizable out of the several builders we visited. I am grateful we weren't already under contract before the customer service fell off because I'm sure that would have led to way more headaches than would have been worth having to deal with. It is important to me WHO I do business with and I do not appreciate being mistreated before any business actually gets done.

We purchased Oct 2023. Deniz, Westbay model home seller agent was the best. Tended to every need before, during and after purchase. Even after moving in she's still available and willing to continue to help by making your transition an easy one.
