I just went out to one of their houses , not knowing it was one of theirs to fix a clogged toilet. After inspection I find that the sewer line is broken and flooding the yard and basement with sewage . The tenant then tells me that she has had them out to look at it twice now in the last two months and they have done nothing but take photos . They came out today and said they can probably fix it in two to three weeks . She can't use anything in her house now and she is surrounded by sewage . Absolutely disgraceful !

I leased a rental completely unseen when I was still located in Florida which ended up being a nightmare of sewage and rats. I reached out to this company here and was completely transparent explained that I was trying to break my lease do to the condition of this home and the director at this company was completely disrespectful to me on the phone and accused me of falsifying documents that I uploaded to them as proof of income which is a lie basically he was being rude and putting all the blame onto me for sticking up for myself not wanting to live in filthy at this current location l. I am a great tenant I just selected the wrong house and the director at this company needs to learn how to speak to me and get his facts correct before making assumptions about others that he doesn’t know

They charge $10 to pay them online. $50 late fees even if you explain your paid every 2 weeks and some checks going into next month a little bit. They buy property and do nothing with it and charge the apartment an extra 150+ for nothing. Maintenance is a joke. You might get Maintenance help in a month for serious stuff like plumbing issues or leaks... they only care about how to charge extra and make money off you. Zero compassion or consideration for tenants. Definitely dont recommend them. I will be reporting them to BBB and reporting for a building inspector so city hall will stop them from charging rent until they fix their propertys. Not making a quick cash grab on people.

Me and my fiancé have lived in one of their properties for nearly 3 years and we have always had a great experience with Huffman. The house is wonderful and well taken care of. Anytime we've ever had any issues, they've always had a professional maintenence man come out right away. I highly recommend them as a landlord.
