From the moment I inquired about his services, he was very responsive and communicated everything so that we could make the best decision for us as it relates to the sale of our home. I honestly couldn't believe how smoothly the process was. We were blessed to have our home under contract after just 15 days of being on the market and we sold at asking price! Pretty crooked as far as a rental company. Kept a huge portion of our deposit saying we did not return keys and charged $450 for cleaning when we actually left the place better than when we moved in. Also charged for things that were exactly as when we moved in like a dryer vented into the garage. See pics including all keys and garage door opener on counter and another key provided to the rental agent. Lesson learned take full photo and video evidence before moving in and when moving out. I didn’t do have no recourse.

There should be a spot for zero stars. I was shown a property by Roger who told me if the application was in by Sunday night I would hear by wed. Then I got a call asking about where I was trying to rent two days later. It is a week later I called and was told I would be contacted. Still waiting. They have treated me like less than and got my $60. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else these people clearly pick and choose who they want to help get a place. Don’t waste time telling me to call if it’s that important my phone will ring but I won’t expect it to. Thanks for the life lesson.

I cant say enough good things about my realtor, Nicholas Josey. He went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Nicholas is knowledgeable and reliable and good at what he does! I might add he was always respectable and super patient with me. Nick was still answering my questions and giving assistance well after the deal was closed. I highly recommend him!

Updates: 32 SE 9th has termites. Both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Do not believe when the "manager" Scott says the property is safe. It should be tented for pests, but they wojld rather spot treat and tell tenants "every property in downtown has termites". Facts: rental had termites, landlord didn't want to TENT the property. We were infested and this landlord continued to advertise the apartments for rent without notifying potential tenants of pest situation. We were charged a cleaning fee against our deposit despite the mess of termite droppings, wings, and feces. There was evidence of rats when the dishwasher died. A lighting fixture fell on my head while I was cooking. They are responsive, they do try to resolve issues, but they are in the business of putting on bandaids rather
