***RENTERS BEWARE ROACH INFESTATION*** I don’t feel Home River Group cares about their customers as long as they get their money. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY FROM GOING THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I moved into one of their properties on 8/1/2025 and discovered the unit is infested with roaches. I immediately contacted maintenance and received no reply. The roaches are everywhere and the worst THEY ARE IN THE REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER, AND OVEN. I opened a cabinet and 7 went scurrying everywhere. As I continued to open other cabinets more of the same. When I opened the refrigerator there were 3 on the door that ran and about 6 in the main part of the fridge. The freezer had just as many. We left immediately and contacted Terminix. They came out the next morning (8/2/2

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Champagne. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and did so with so much knowledge and clarity, which made everything feel much less overwhelming. I had issues with my self tour…but Champagne she was a sweet lady. She helped me and was very clear with instructions. She patiently waited until i was able to unlock the house for my tour. She was a kind and helpful lady.
