previously left a good review because the customer service rep Christopher was very helpful. since then, I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the rest of the company. Steer clear, would not recommend Home River Group to my worst enemy. Hope Christopher is working for a better company by now.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My girlfriend and I saw a house and that same day submitted our applications and the application fees ($75 for each applicant). Soon after they wrote back they are going with another applicant and we cannot get our fees back. So we just gave money for them to turn us away and say they will be keeping our money. Very scam-like in my opinion. When I asked them to do the right thing and return our money, they refused and said they could rollover the fees to look at other properties with them. No thank you. Awful experience and an awful company.

This property management company has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I submitted my notice to vacate exactly as required, 3 months in advance, and they are now claiming it was not done correctly. I submitted the notice to vacate via 3 different outlets. Communication from their office is virtually nonexistent, and attempts to get a response have gone ignored or brushed off. Their lack of accountability and disregard for tenants’ time and obligations is unacceptable. I would not recommend renting from this company under any circumstances. I am a single mom of three. I haven't had hot water for four days now. They sent a tech out on Saturday who confirmed that the water heater needs to be replaced, but there is no one working on weekends to approve a repair. It's now Monday, and I have not been able to get anyone from maintenance to respond. When I call what looks like a local office number from this Google listing, I think the calls are routed somewhere out of the U.S. No one who answers the phone can say anything other than they will submit a request.

I called Shira to ask about my rent and concerns I had about my account. She was very exceptional in working with me and explained everything to me. I really appreciate her willingness to help me during this difficult time
