Honestly extremely unprofessional for a management company. I was looking to potentially rent a home through them and had some questions regarding the properties (because to be honest, they weren’t in the best shape). They never answered any of my questions, even when telling me I had to explicitly contact a certain property manager. You would think if they are eager to have renters they might want to answer when they make an attempt to contact.

Terrible when you call there or email they do not respond to any emails or phone calls. They messed up my whole project putting a fence in. I’ve had to wait forever. In the meantime my dog ran away, and I almost lost him. It’s ridiculous. We deserve better service. They have a 1.6 rating does that explain it?

HomeRiver Fort Myers was my third different property management group providing me services for my home and by far the best one. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and the homeowner website was very helpful for all of my needs. My property manager Anthony was always very prompt in replying to me and he did a wonderful job handling everything related to managing the property. I had previous property management companies that I could never get in touch with — Anthony made sure that was not the case with HomeRiver.

This place is a scam. I live in the Bella Vida Community and it seems as if they target their own residence to make their money. I’ve literally shared with the HOA directors and head of the community that we have a disabled child who regularly gets seen by nurses at the home and when we have to load her into the van we have to do it from the road and they have given me citations for that. Our nurses sometimes park in front of my property the part I pay taxes on, and they still give me a citation for that. They have given me citations for the broken mailbox door that the USPS driver broke on accident, this place is a joke. Had I known they prey on their occupants I would’ve never purchased here. We are a very young family, this place is more for retired folks that have nothing going on read

Mike P. Flicked me off within my residence today. I then confronted him on property- he started backing out his car, he ran me over and did not stop. pinning my foot underneath his bumper and the ground. he then didn't move the car to leave me in pain- then he said have a nice day and drove away. Sherriff's are being notified, don't let this scumbag near you! he is dangerous. I am unable to attach the video will try to make another post.
