My first time submitting a work order was regarding the washing machine in my unit. I found it really easy to contact the maintenance team for my building and they were able to solve my issue within two days even though it was during a holiday. I’m happy with the service and how efficient everything was.

No hot water for 3 weeks in Midrise. It's winter and I've been showering and washing dishes in ice cold water. Every time I call, they have someone "working and fixing it". I've never lived in a place more horrendous than this.

Every maintenance job request I've submitted (5 or more I believe) have always been handled professionally and in an expedited manner. Thank you to the HHR team and amazing staff!!

I locked my wallet inside my room. I was upset because I didn’t want to pay for another key. But being that it was during business hours they said I could have someone let me in and that I’d just have to wait for them to show up. But instead this super nice dude offered to walk me to my room and let me in with a master key so I wouldn’t have to wait 30/40 minutes. Thank you Todd, you’re awesome!

Fire alarm gets pulled multiple times a day/night. They claim to tow vehicles in the overpacked parking garage but theres cars covered in dust that have clearly not been moved in ages. AC goes goes out and the best you’ll get is the front desk putting in a maintenance request while its 90 degrees in your room. People consistently break signs, pull alarms, and leave trash everywhere. Most of the issues could be fixed with cameras yet there are none, even though the fire alarms have literally been going off multiple times a week FOR YEARS with no resolution.
