I have a list of things to be concerned about and looking and seeing how the house is built and the frame!!!??, hopefully when a strong wind blows the roof won't collapse, found some empty beer glass canisters in the attic too, and I was wondering why the nails that are supposed to be shot to hold two peaces of 2x4 together are not. Maybe I'm a perfectionist but working in commercial construction for 8 years, these kinda of things won't fly, you might ask why? Becuase the lawsuits will bankrupt the company. They said "in south carolina thats how we do it " spend your money wisely home buyers!!!
Good and fast response, when something came up and needed attention it was corrected that day.
