She called me about a leak we have in our front yard, and when I told her this honestly wasn't a priority for me right now because my daughter was born 4 weeks early and is in the NICU, she says "Well no, actually it is. I've issued you a citation." As soon as my husband heard her say that he took away my phone and to handle it and she hung up the phone on him. Absolutely atrocious behavior. She refused to answer any of our calls after that. Blocked our number. Sent the city out over and over again. Everytime the city came they told us the leak was there's and they'd fix it.

STAY AWAY from Gerry/Homeowners Service Company if your community wants a professional, knowledgeable, drama-free property manager. She makes the Board do what’s she’s paid to do. She’s inefficient. She refused to talk to people who were “mean”. She wrongly advises on Texas Property Code and doesn’t properly enforce it and/or is too lazy to. She’s dishonest and overinflates administrative fees. She’s uncooperative, rude, gossipy, and has a temper. The list goes on...
