Since taking over our community, they have already demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to help residents—something our previous management company seriously lacked. Before Homeowner Management Service came on board, I received a vague notice from our previous property manager telling me to repair “rotted trim,” without clearly explaining where the issue was. HMS has just become our HOA Mgmt Co. We are already off to a great start. Several key staff members introduced themselves in person at our annual HOA meeting, and reviewed the online interactions available to meet our needs as a community. When I used this process for a home improvement request for approval Julie was responsive and helpful in ensuring everything needed was submitted to ensure a timely approval so that we could move forward.
