It’s ironic that a post on Home Inc’s socials says #reviewsdontlie. Well this review will not be a lie either. I’m an experienced investor with over 8 years of experience and over 400 deals done. I have worked with wholesalers, agents, banks… you name it. Initially, I actually enjoyed working Home Inc; We agreed on a price, signed the contract and submitted a sizable earnest money deposit on a property. Home Inc delayed countersigning the agreement said they were traveling and would sign it immediately. They lied and a day later informed us that they sold the property to another investor.
