Unfortunately, the process was frustrating. A crucial document called the Condominium Rider was never shared with me digitally or explained before I signed the contract. I only found it tucked away in a printed packet after signing — and it wasn’t initialed by either party. When I asked about it, I was told legal would handle it, but that felt like passing the buck. I would leave negative 5 states if I could. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS. We were in a really tough spot. I was referred to this company. They promised to stop the foreclosure sale and pay us $150,000 in cash. The bank wouldn’t honor the trust that includes the property m, which is why we are in foreclosure and wouldn’t even accept payments. Homeinc let it go to auction and bought it as the highest bidder anyway, cutting me out because the bank says I’m not the righ ful owner. BUT I AM. You picked the wrong family to steal from. I AM SUING. YOU WILL NOT GET OUR HOUSE. THATS A PROMISE.
