Over 2 years of planing/construction resulted in a fantastic 2 story addition to my son's house. My wife & I will retire there. The company couldn't have been more helpful and understanding as irregularities presented themselves. The city delayed the project often but it finally came together fantastically. Jeff and his staff were really stand up guys. Understanding, honest, reasonable and exceptional in what they did. I highly recommend them for any project you need. From home building to remodeling. They are the best you can get.

Homecrete Homes delivered the exact home that I asked for and was very accommodating when I asked for some changes and whenever I had questions about the status if my home. As a custom home build it took a little longer than some other home builders, but quality takes longer. The shortage and delays created by the pandemic in supplies was also a factor. Would definitely recommend Homecrete Homes for anyone looking to build their new home.

We had a great experience of building our new home with Home Crete. Everyone was very helpful and was always there to answers any questions and went beyond 100% to make sure we were happy with our build. We have have very few issues and the issues have been minor. Our Supervisor, Taylor Harper, was the best! We highly recommend working with Home Crete to build your home!

In response to your reply of my review... 2 months later .... With no contact information... I will also add photos of the MAJOR issue I have, which is my hurricane front door and window. Your VP, who is the rudest person ever, sited “section 4.3.3 of the NAHB - 3rd edition. Glass shall not have any scratches visible from 10 feet away. He stated in his letter his inspection (of less than 5 minutes) revealed nothing that violated this standard. That is a LIE! He also refused to come back to have a conversation. That’s what you call good customer service? Owner at EcoVillage... Homecrete doesn’t stand behind their warranty and gives you every excuse in the book to NOT fix things!! Your experience will vary greatly depending on who you talk to. Dealing with Tom was painful as he is the kind of person who likes to talk more than he likes to listen. There is another lady we spoke to over the phone who was obviously more knowledgeable about Homecreate homes and didn't make us feel like we were a bother.
