We love our beautiful home build by Home Sweet Home! We found all of the staff very helpful and attentive to us. Scotty Hall was a stand out as he was very helpful and responsive to a specific problem on our job site. Also Sabine was very helpful in working with vendors and guiding us in the building process. All of the vendors that we worked with were also very helpful and we love the products we picked out for our home. As we were new to the process of building, I wish I would have hired a designer to help with details that we missed attending to. Overall, we appreciate our new home so much and all of the help and building that was given us by Home Sweet Home! And our "list" of repairs was even completed! Thank you to Home Sweet Home!

Amazing home! We just completed building a custom home and very happy with the end result. Leadership did a fantastic job navigating and solving problems as they came up and found cost effective solutions. PM was solid, very nice guy managing the build. Design selection was not the easiest but they changed the main person for that so I believe that would help in the future. Back office administration (change orders, invoices, working with bank) was thorough and detailed. I highly recommend if building in the area. Honest, trustworthy and builds a beautiful end product!

Would not recommend! Anyone is welcome to come see my home. In response to HSH multi paragraph review response: If you are considering using this builder, I will provide you with the stamped engineering reports written by the Geotechnical engineer who HSH hired to investigate the problem with my home. You can read the documentation and decide for yourself whether HSH’s response is truthful and accurate. The forensic engineering company HSH hired took soil sample's from underneath my home, from those soil samples, it was determined that the fill material placed by HSH’s subcontractors did NOT meet the requirements set forth in the subdivision geotechnical specification for structural fill. Building a home can be a frustrating process. There are hundreds of decisions that need to be made while building and it’s nice to have a builder who is willing to help make the right decisions for my home with me. Honestly I think you will be hard to beat three things that HSH does over any other builder and that is they can’t get your home done quick, my home was completed in 10 months. They don’t charge you for any change orders and they bid your home out with a guaranteed price instead of a guess and then cost plus like other builders offer. Knowing that I could keep changing my mind while building my home was a big deal to me and it allowed me to make the right decision for my home rather than be forced to stick with a decision I made months ago.
