We had the best experience with Dan Menzer purchasing homes and a lot (land) in Kohler. He has been responsive since the first phone call! Dan's expertise during the negotiation phase allowed us to come up with creative offers that we felt excited about and comfortable with. Dan provided excellent service to us as out-of-state buyers during Covid. He has been great to work with through the contract agreements, inspections and final closing details. We will definitely use Dan again for buying or selling!

I was given Sam Schroeder information from a friend to see if he could help us looking for a home. Sam was very professional at first and connected us with a mortgage broker to see if we could get pre-approved. I was very up front with Sam with what we were trying to do and as soon as I had questions about what the mortgage broker was offering Sam disappeared. There was no more responses from email, text, or calling from Sam or the mortgage broker. I have never had someone be so unprofessional and rude. Please do not contact this business, the will just waste your time and ghost you when you don't give them what they want.

Jennifer Messenger did an amazing job making my first home buying experience as stress free as possible. She was actually the seller's agent but she picked up the slack when my agent dropped the ball. I couldn't have made it through this process with my sanity if it wasn't for her. I highly recommend any home buyers or sellers to put their trust in her. You won't be disappointed.

This is my second time selling a house with Patrick. He really knows his stuff. Coming from a construction background, Patrick is more knowledgeable than most home inspectors out there, I think. And he goes above and beyond with his service. I was trying to sell my mother's house. Patrick bought in many prospects. And we did accept an offer for more than asking. The downside of this all was the buyer was being jerked around by their lender. Long story short the lender dropped buyer, and the buyer had to scramble to get a new lender. All the time Patrick was talking to me and the buyer and their realtor. What could have been a complete disaster was managed in a very professional way. Thank you Patrick.
