I don’t have any experience with this organization other than speaking to one of their reps about an apartment to view. Couldn’t make appt. so tried to call several times to cancel and mailbox full box full on both number to apartment and main office number. Idk how they actually do any business when they limit communication by never having a receptionist or designated answering service.

They did rebuilding/ remodeling of rha sites at Luther Circle in city Well one of the newly redone units within 6 months bedroom ceiling caved in No water damage just poorly executed drywall installation..

Gardens Gananda. The Community leader here is awesome. However the building needs things that only home office can help. For two weeks 2nd and 3rd floors have been without AC and since we have several 80-year-olds, who walk while it’s hot outside, . Our exercise room is feeling overheated also so you can’t even use that at this point. As A senior community being privately owned the owner should care more about their residents.. they continually want to raise the rent however they don’t want to maintain this property the way it should be. Also when switching out of the bulk program for Spectrum, we lost the TV services in our gym and our community room and they aren’t real quick to get this reconnected which also hurts a lot of residents…

Snow removal is awful. The paths that they do shovel is not even wide enough for a walker or wheelchair. None of the handicap ramps are shoveled. Law suit waiting to happen
