paid $600 for home inspection.after we moved in, found multiple obvious problems that never mentioned in the inspection report. plumbing issues.no freon in air condition. whole system is faulty and need to be replaced. contacted multiple times to the company got completely ignored. this is a couple thousand dollars mistake just because I trusted this company

Ronald was extremely thorough and helped us to make informed decisions. He recognized that we were first-time home-buyers and we perceived him to be very trustworthy. His experience as an engineer proved to be invaluable in our case, since it turns out the house we were in the process of purchasing had significant electrical issues. Ronald was nice and personable however his inspection was so lacking that I turned around a ordered another inspection from another person. He not simply missed, but specifically noted we shouldn't be concerned about what we thought may be a structural deficiency of the home. Fast forward a month and the house is falling in on itself and we are paying 10's of thousands of dollars to fix a significant structure failure plus more for a number of other items that were missed. He also spoke to concerns he found and then left those concerns out of the report, which may be good for a seller, but not a buyer trying to make an informed decision.
