Wonderful Experience So Far with Home Hunters USA! Although we’re still in the process of submitting our lease application, I wanted to share how impressed we’ve been with Jessica Ashley from Home Hunters USA. At first they were wonderful. Helped us get into the house. When leaving they were money grubbing and terrible. We had come up with a deal to return our security deposit in full if we left early because the person who owned the house had taken Storm damage and apparently needed to stay in our house. So we spent about a week cleaning it and making it look perfect. At the end of All that. In a rush we forgot to get a couple things. Ie real marble end tables. Functioning washer and dryer. And a bike. Apparently this is worth $1,700. Oh there was also a chip in the tub. And the fridge handle was dirty as well how could I forget. Basically the house was completely cleaned for them. Forgetting a few things left behind in a rush. Not to mention when hurricane Ian came through it ripped apart our

They do not abide by the fair housing laws in regards to emotional support animals - edit to add to this review since they wanted to respond. I have all the documents from a signed letter from my therapist to his certification to his registration card. however they tell you no before even asking to LOOK at your documents. Also by law I am not required to show them anything or even disclose that I have said animal. Educate yourselves on the statue.
