I had a very disappointing experience working with Margarita. She initially accepted our offer on a property, and we moved forward by paying the lawyer and submitting all the necessary paperwork. However, after all of that, she decided to show the house to other potential buyers and ultimately went with someone else. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had already committed to the process. I would not recommend her services based on this experience.
