As a plumbing contractor who deals with landlords all the time and sees all Things landlords do to avoid fixing their properties, or assisting their tenants. I went into this place skeptical expecting the worst as my normal landlord guy that I liked had no properties available. This ended up being one of the most greatest experiences I have ever had with a Land Lord. I had an issue there was no arguing calling or calling 100 times to get them to come out to fix it. They were there. I’ve also never seen a landlord fight for a tenant. I was going through a really bad break up and I couldn’t get my girlfriend to move out. They tried everything that they could to assist me. They never surprised me by raising my rent and they let me do a shorter lease and paying month to month as I was shopping

I bought a house from home connection about 15 years ago. Ive found out they update electric in basement etc and the rest of the house has electric from 1940. The house is also full of asbestos. I used the inspector they recommend. Watch out when buying a house from this company. I've been told they sell houses with the electric only new in the basement to deceive people.
