They were able to come out the very next day for our pre-drywall inspection, which was a lifesaver since our home builder gave us very little lead time and drywall was scheduled to go up just two days later. The inspector was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We were so impressed that we used them again for our final inspection and punch list, and just scheduled for our one-year warranty inspection. Their attention to detail and comprehensive reports gave us peace of mind and helped ensure our builder addressed important items.
