Holston Oak Apartments have made tremendous improvements over the years since they were formerly known as Green Hills as well have the residents- made big changes to support a better lifestyle. Some buildings need attention and the office is like a revolving door when it comes to employees however the apartment home remodels have definitely made a huge difference as well as do the residents trying to live in peace there.

Attention if you are a young adult. This apartment complex will try their hardest to give you fines for almost anything they can think of that you're doing wrong. They will almost always refuse to fix things that are damaged and when you give up asking for repairs they will blame you for the damage and fine you for it. They will also find a way to jack up your rent price from his normal value with an excuse of not having pay stubs or other important information even if you returned it into them. It is important to have copies of things you give them because they will lie in a heartbeat to say that you don't have those things nor sent them to them. If you ever want to live here do not let them play you everyone in that office is just there to play you and earn money. Currently we are about

My daughter has been a resident at Holston Oaks Apartments for a year, they have poor communication and lying scheming judgemental office manager, do yourselves a favor and save yourself months of stressing and court they will screw you over claim you breached your lease terms when in reality the chick in the office just can't handle her job the right way. Bottom line is I'm trying to save anyone looking for a decent place to live that even for the price these aren't worth it in so many ways
