Where do I Begin. Holmes property management is most likely the worst people to rent from below the mason Dixon line. They treat you like kings and queens before you sign but once you sign they act like you never existed. When things get broken such as the fridge or the washing machine they give it about two to three weeks to send someone out and often times don’t even fix the problem. They collect all this money from rent and none of it seems to ever go to bettering their homes. If lights go out in your house guess what your out of luck they tell you to fix it yourself. Not only do they charge you if you want to move in early but they also charge you before you even move into the house. They leave things un finished, I had sealer and paint sitting on my unpainted deck for about a year unt

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. This is the most INCOMPETENT, unprofessional, flat out dumb management I have ever dealt with. They can’t even write a professional email- much less provide a decent experience for their tenants! They will leave all sorts of fees for you to try to find without even telling you why. Truly the scummiest housing management in the Knoxville area. Robert Holmes- you should be reported to the Better Business Bureau immediately.

My son lives in one of their homes. Terrible service. No washing machine for a month…waiting for parts (?), windows sealed shut with duct tape, bad electrical circuits, missing shelves, damaged hvac duct and more…one month after moving in. Avoid these guys at all costs. I’ll post pictures soon.

I have had the worst experience with them. The maintenance requests were never processed on time and it was a nightmare. Just run away from these people.
