I just want to take a moment to thank the amazing team at this rental office especially the new manager Richae Leon and Kimmie. They have gone above and beyond to help me, even with everything I have personally going on. They’ve done all of background work help me & supported me through the whole process, and continue to be there whenever I need help. You can really tell they care about the residents and their work. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done and highly recommend stopping by to meet them if you’re looking for a place to call home.

Working with the staff here was amazing , there very helpful.and did there best to help me in my situation to get approved for a place. Ms. Toya and Kimmie was very great to work with and very patient and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend there services to anyone

I am finally moving in 9/2/2022.. it's been a lot of work but GOD bought it into fruition. Thank you Abba!! 🙏🙏 They are newly renovated, hardwood (laminate that looks like hardwood) throughout. 😍😍😍😍 Rich dark chocolate cabinets. I'm so happy and look forward to a bright future in my own space. Thanks Mrs. Wells and the entire staff here at the Newly Renovated Hollywood Shawnee. I lived at Hollywood Shawnee apartments for a year and half, I lived in the middle Building of the complex near the front. The rate of crime or disturbance is very low in the front, so I did not have to deal with problems of break-ins etc.I kept to myself, When i first moved in i had no hot water for 2 weeks because the water heater was broken, they replaced it with a brand new water heater and deducted a amount from my rent for that month because of the inconvenience. My neighbors weren't hard to deal with there would be noise once in a while. But it was normal noise from children etc. Management tried their best to enforce the Policies of the lease. As for the grounds that was always littered with trash and plastic plates, the grass doesn't get cut as often as it should. This is a great
