The property is now under new management, and the improvements are noticeable. The new team is very hands-on, having paved the driveway, tidied up the grounds, and quickly addressing any issues that arise. Unlike the previous owners, they genuinely care about maintaining the property, and it shows in the results. Most of the units have been renovated, making this one of the best-value places to live in the area. Highly recommended!

The team has been incredibly attentive and proactive, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining the property with exceptional care, and it's clear they genuinely care about resident satisfaction. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and I’m excited about the future here!

This place is under new management and I would highly recommend if you're thinking of moving! They're doing a great job at managing the property and communicating with tenants plus making noticeable improvements which makes it look so much nicer.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Please save your money and look elsewhere Apartments are invested with mice and roaches The water company you have to get here is outrageous $111 for someone who uses very little water and is hardly home ! some residents are very disrespectful leaning on cars that are not there’s, there kids running and slamming into your cars, constant yelling and screaming at 2/3 in the morning this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in very disappointed for signing a lease here!
