Holly Street Village Apartments

It is over 2 weeks since I moved here. Very quiet and easy to access Metro gold line. The location is middle closely and nicely between Old Pasadena and the beautiful Pasadena City Hall building. I really am enjoying hanging out there. Most of all, the staffs are very kind and friendly. They really take care of everything I ask. When I visited here to take a look at a room, I noticed the door rail between living room and patio is a little bit high and it was not easy to go and come over is with my power wheelchair. I asked Rachel, who is a staff from the leasing office, if they could provide and install a ramp for me, and then she said she would check it. I’ve been so impressed with Holly Street Apartments, especially after the recent renovations—everything feels brand new and thoughtfully updated. The pool and spa area are perfect for relaxing, and the gym has everything I need. I’m on that stair master regularly, and it’s been a game-changer for my routine. Huge shoutout to the manager, Darrell—he’s truly amazing. Always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes such a difference knowing management is on top of things. Holly Street Apartments is a great place to live! The community is well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and safe. NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!! This place is very expensive, but the very poor facilities that come with it are simply not enough to justify the expensive price. The neighborhood is infested with homeless people and there is not even a door to stop them, they can come and go as they please in and out of the gardens of this apartment. Your delivery food and delivery packages will be lost and stolen all the time if you live here. The staff here is a disaster, every time you deal with something it requires you to go to the leasing office at least five times to look for them. And they can't even figure out how to calculate the rent. Their management is very disorganized and the staff don't communicate with each other at all and usually don't answer emails or phone calls at all. It takes a very long t

Very nicely appointed. Nice environs. Our only issue is roaches, which the management will address in two days. We like the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit we just moved into.
