Do not rent here. Renting here is the biggest mistake you can make as the management is terrible, unprofessional and rude especially Michele .. upon moving here I heard a lot of bad and negative reports about her and I have live to see that they are true. When they re-doing the room they dropped the dumpster bin right in-front my door as show in the photo and when I went to management about it Michele was giving me and attitude because I asked if there were no other place to put the bin. The bin was there for 2 weeks and it was very smelly I could not open my door or turn the AC on the workers on the roof would throw garbage in my yard and in-front my door they even broke my outdoor patio table and I informed Michele and she showed lack of care . DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Management is VERY RUDE AND RACIST!! Maintenance just sits around and DO NOT fix anything. The apartments are roach infested and pest control barely do their job! You can’t even have guest over without the office getting into your business. They had accused me multiple times that I had other people living in my apartment and tried to charge me a fee for Co- Applicants. DO NOT LIVE HERE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!

Lived here for a few years, great management, good location. Anytime I had issues they were immediately addressed. Definitely a good place to stay, Hannah is very easy to work with and always helpful.

They told me they would move to other candidates before they even processed my application. I’m not actually sure why I was not approved as I was told they wouldn’t respond to me if I asked. I guess I dodged a bullet but being ripped off for 50 dollars sucks. It would have been ok by me if there was not the really weird exchange we had before they claim to have processed my application but after I already paid. I feel like I was discriminated against due to my disability and have made a report to hud.

I wish I could give more than five stars!! SHORT VERSION: Comfortable and updated space with great office staff and stellar maintenance supervisor... Great price for the area. Pet friendly, landscaping on point. FOR FUTURE TENANTS: Laundry facilities well kept Prompt response with maintenance needs Trash receptacle close by Pest control routinely, and actually works Office staff super friendly and helpful Upgrades abound!! This has been a great place to live... I've been here just over 6 months. Didn't want to do any reviews until I had more experience here... I'm still as happy as I was day one, if not moreso.
