Holly Point Apartments

Holly Point is a great place to live! The day we arrived in Chesapeake, Viki from the leasing office stayed late during a tropical storm warning to get us into our apartment that day. We started moving into a spacious and impeccably clean apartment that evening. That's how the staff at Holly Point always operates, above and beyond! The maintenance team is also great, we had very few maintenance issues in our 2+ years there & they were all handled promptly and properly. For example, our fridge was freezing up....So instead of having us wait a week or more for the part to come in, they brought in a brand new refrigerator, unboxed it and set it up within 48 hours of our maintenance request. Holly Point was honestly a great place to live. The office staff was always respectful and easy to work with, and maintenance took care of things quickly every time I needed something. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Overall, I had a really good experience here and I definitely recommend it

Upkeep is phenomenal. The grounds crew does a very good job. Feeling secure also makes this place that much better, roving security in the evening and through the night. BBQ grills within walking distance. Very nice Gym and Pool areas. Highly recommend.

Dropping by for an unscheduled tour, I was warmly and quickly greeted by Ms. Maddison. Right off the bat she made me feel like I was already apart of the community. Having been a homeowner for the last few years looking to downsize, she was able to answer confidently and always with a smile the 1000 questions I felt I threw at her. She is absolutely the sweetest, and evident that she loves what she does and has pride in her community!

Beware! If you are a resident at Holly Point, most likely, when you move , you will Not receive your deposit back. It appears that find every reason to keep it, and said I owed them over $53.00. While a resident for almost 8 years, the carpet was never replaced and I was disciplined for a counter burn (small) and the unit was going to be upgraded anyways. Simple wear&tear caused me to be penalized. I never allowed any shoes to be worn on the carpet to cause any staining. I left the unit in great condition. I was also told that I would be mailed a copy; however, I was emailed instead. I called and requested a return call on 11/29/2025 and responded by email and forwarded an email from October. I couldn't expand to read it properly, and I had provided a forwarded address for them to mail me
