Thank you so much Crystal for our new maintenance!! You are awesome and now you have the team that your community deserves. Update 10/23/2025 Every since Crystal left this place is so different.. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to come here. The new manager is just money hungry and talks to people like they are stupid instead of explaining changes. I remember when the apartment complex stopped taking money orders now I am being told I have to pay a 10 dollar money order to get just to get a wash card and then upload whatever money onto the card for use. This is insane!! I really feel like she is taking advantage of people! I have been here 4 years and I will not be staying as soon as I find a place.

Staff is great, I'm new from Cali and was homeless. Crystal was amazing and helped put a roof over my head. If your struggling and need a place I highly recommend it here. Neighbors are amazing as well.

Happy With My home. Crystal is very understanding not like a lot of other managers, she's for her tenants. Property upgrades are good. Thanks for our new maintenance.

The manager helped with most of my other concerns that I had but I’m rating this low because there was a lot of roaches that started coming out and no matter how clean I was they would never go away. Good price for rent though 👍🏼

I have been at Holly Park for about 6 years. Crystal has been great! Maintenance is on point. I transferred from a 1 bdrm to an updated and remodeled 2 bdrm. I love the hard wood floors in my unit and the new counter tops in the kitchen. Never had a problem here. If you are looking to save money by combining your bills, this property is all bills paid! Currently paying $950 for a two bedroom with no bills.... You can't beat that. The manager Crystal goes above and beyond to make the residents here happy. I highly recommend this property. Easy access to highways and it is a pretty central location which is very convenient to just about any where you are trying to go. Loving my apartment home here!
