Holly Park Apartments

I have been living at this complex 4 months and I will give my honest review. Family friendly community, clean, quick on maintenance request, plenty of parking space, area for your kids to play. God bless 🙏🏾

I have lived here for 20 years, during all of this time i have never had a problem that the office did not respone in a very appropriate manner. The grounds are always keep in an exception condition I love living here and all of the staff. You will not find a better place to live. Remember that even if you own your house , everything is not always perfect. Happy happy happy.

This property needs 0 stars. I will be reaching out to corporate as well. Seemed like a nice property but my god it was the complete opposite. DO NOT RENT HERE. Jennifer the apartment manager is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. While on property the use of the N word was heard twice. The use of profanity and non-job related conversations that were heard by myself while there very disgusting. Crazy thing is she closed her door only once, But not all the time. I can’t explain how I was uncomfortable especially when the maintenance guy Roger was in The room and said nothing when the N was used. No correction or nothing. At one point they called him when he wasn’t in office a “good boy”. I wouldn’t expect much of him because from I experienced Roger doesn’t communicate information very well at all either.

The office staff is great and the maintenance men are really great

Lived here for a total of 4 years. It was fine the first year or so after which it only got worse. Parking turned into a total nightmare. Our vehicles were towed numerous times. Once in which we were actually registered and the towing company apologized and returned our vehicle hours later after providing proof we in fact were registered. The apartments were outdated ugly not to mention disgusting. We also had our vehicles broken into and items stolen. STRAIGHT GHETTO. While we were moving out our neighbors with FIVE dogs had their dogs running lose one even bit my husband. This place left us FED UP. We moved a year ago. We have never been happier. We now live in a much better city. We even pay the same amount in rent at a LUXURY complex. Goodbye popcorn ceiling bad management ridiculous p
