Good for a roof over your head, if you are homeless. It is absolute trash. The amount of drug addicts that roam around with nothing to do, the partying all night, loud music , trash EVERYWHERE, no curfew, kids don't have curfews either. Maintence half asses everything, or doesn't do it at all. Completely roach infested, mold in bathroom that they will not remove. Did i mention trash everywhere.. on the steps, parking lots etc etc. I have been here two years beause it is affordable for me right now. That is the only reason I am still here. But, I do not recommend to anyone. Also, there is a new "property manager" every other month, they cannot keep any staff. Also, shoot outs every weekend, or every other weekend. :) Waking up out of your sleep to gun shots, with children in the other room.

Been living here a long time & it was never the best but it is significantly worse! Let’s be real it is the absolute worst. No maintenance ever done. I’m trying to get me and my kids out of here. If you are thinking about moving here or fill in out an application…DON’T! Roach infestation, mold, no maintenance supplies, no proper maintenance done, they close the office whenever they feel like it, stairs falling apart, & they are making no effort to fix any situation. My oven door is falling off, i have no patio door handle or screen door and my patio doesn’t lock & the office knows this and has a list of my maintenance needs. I have had not hot water in my kitchen going on a month now. If you live here don’t contact HUD because they come for state inspection and still pass this complex kno

I moved into this complex this year (2024) I have a child under age of 1 I’ve been here for 4-5months EVERY SINGLE NIGHT I have to call the cops and the office complaining how non tenants an even some tenant BLAST music after 10pm break bottles in the walkway you can’t even walk up and down the stairs without people yelling and having to say “excuse me” every other step. They say there’s a curfew here they say these are “family premises” but all that is complete lies the management does absolutely nothing about the upkeep of the ground or the rules in the lease as far as enforcing them! the steps are literally falling apart! the walkways stay dirty so much trash on the grounds an steps to make a new dump site. these apartments never had a good reputation but by far these last 3 years have

At what point is Holly brook going to do something about the shootings happening there? When a kid is killed? My mother lives there and we won't even go visit anymore. It's sad when you can't visit your loved one because your afraid your going to get shot up. Ridiculous. Get it together, management team, and make it safe for your residents.

This complex needs a gate and a no soliciting sign its awful how non tenants come and harass the tenants no parking for tenant's property always trashed laundry rooms digust me. My daughter pays 814. 00 and is ready to break her lease shes embarrassed by the outside
