They are going to low income and they promised the prices were going to go lower. They raised to everyone who stayed and I who didn't qualify was supposed to be compensated, the mgr Griselle didn't do her part on time and I lost over $8k that they were offering to those who didn't have low income.

The new property manager deserves an award as someone who works out of state for code enforcement Anissa is knowledgeable and it shows! she loves what she does My elderly and sick mother just called me saying she had been blessed by the help she received from Anissa. The previous property manager added an incorrect balance to my mother’s account and even lost her money order. Anissa went above and beyond she made calls with my mom, got the issue resolved, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay. Please keep her here. This property has been a mess in the past, but we finally have someone with real experience, compassion, and professionalism. I'm writing today because this place is getting worse and worse by the minute. New management just got worse i been there for 5 years Management was good at first when I moved in all Apartments was having problems rats and other things I find the management was good to help now they ate just worse. They don't care i would now move recommended no one to move there and still have not added cameras in area even when they had breaks in to cars and two trucks take your car Security only comes don't stay not save pool never open. U better off renting a house

These apartments are terrible, serious rat and cockroach problems and management don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. 100% would not recommend anyone move here if you want to live in a clean and sanitary home.
