Hollow Tree Park

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Gabby at Hollow Tree Park Apartments for the outstanding job she does. From the very first interaction, she has consistently been professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. She takes the time to listen, understands concerns, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Her positive attitude and patience—no matter how busy things get, she stays kind, approachable, and willing to help. It’s clear she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. This visit and meeting her has made my apartment search so much easier and made the complex so much more appealing! 10/10 experience

Living at this community has been an amazing experience. I've never lived at a community where the staff were very warm and welcoming from the start and during your stay. They truly care about the residents, they give you proper notice when your apartment will be entered if there's fire inspections taking place. I haven't really needed maintenance in my apartment but the few times I have they've been there and taken care of the problem within a couple days. They notify you of anything going on in your community. They're always doing nice resident events for holidays. The security is amazing. Never had any concerns for safety. I would recommend this place for ANYONE looking for a place to call home. It's constantly well kept and taken care of. The staff are all amazing. The maintenance

Gabriela Reyes was a wonderful consultant and did very well at showcasing the apartments and giving us valuable information! The apartments are very nice and very well put together for the area and pricing. I'm totally moving in!

Leaving this complex after two and a half years. The apartments themselves are nice for the most part.. the pool is often closed however. I am reposting my review because the experience turned for the worse half way thru my stay. It’s wonderful to see raving reviews about Gabby. I noticed that the main commentators are people who have similar complexion to her. Being AA, when I initially met Gabby, she was rude, off putting, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and 100% spoke about me in Spanish to Sendy, the property manager. The initial time I met her I went to report the fact that a maintenance man entered my home without my ever placing a maintenance request. I am a woman and live alone. Do a grown man to enter my house without a key unannounced and unexpected was alarming. I reported this and

Walked in wanting simple information on some apartments and was met with the most kindhearted, responsive and attentive leasing agents and managers I’ve met during my apartment shopping. All my questions and concerns I came in with were answered and done so with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Highly recommend coming here next time you’re looking to get into an apartment. Staff is 10/10 property is 10/10 and I can’t wait to move in!
