This is regarding a custom new build in the Austin area. The owner/builder is dishonest, dismissive, unreliable, difficult, unorganized and in general an overall unkind man. He purposely framed our fireplace incorrectly and then charged us to correct the framing. We had paid an interior designer to create the cad drawing and he completely disregarded our efforts and framed it as he wanted it to be completed. It had to be torn out and reconfigured which he added the cost to our next draw. Just wrong. My son is 6’7” so we repeatedly stressed the importance of the shower head installation to be higher than 7’ to accommodate my son’s above average height. It is a custom home and we have the privilege of paying and requesting for this perk for my son. The shower installations were not managed
