Hollis Appraisals

These were the nicest guys. It’s the reason I’m giving more than one star. The appraisal was completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, a full bathroom was left off the report. When I contacted them about the error, I was told I needed to go through the lender which I did. However, it ended up costing me in the end. Disappointed that something so simple was overlooked.

I just recently listed my home for sale and needed an appraisal to see what the value of my home was. I contacted 3 appraisers and Hollis was the quickest to respond and came out the next day to conduct the appraisal. Mr. Hollis was very informative and very thorough during the whole process.
