Holleman Oaks Apartments

Holleman Oaks is amazing! The office and maintenance team have been super friendly. I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it!

I've lived here since July and ready for my lease to be done. We don't get mail they never set up anything with the Post Office.So everything's been returned along with 0 fixing the burnt down section that looks like crap. Office is never here. They don't provide internet service any longer. No washer or dryers plus no Mail. The only thing that included in the rent is your water big flipping woop you sorry excuse of a apartment leasing company.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would …I would advise no one live here …my daughter and granddaughter has been without air conditioning for at least a month now, and before that she was without water for about 2 weeks …the lady in the office is never there it’s always closed …they want you to pay rent for an apartment that’s unlivable …the city is aware of the code violations and have numerous reports already from this place …they need to tear these apartments down they don’t invest their money that residents pay to fix anything or even keep keep the grass mowed ……squatters living in units too …a lot of illegal activities going on …not a safe or secure place to live. I have attached a picture of how hot it got in my daughter apartment.

0/10 recommend living here. The most recent problem I’ve had is no working AC with just a window unit in ONE room. I live in a 2 bedroom! My upstairs room has a balcony so obviously nothing can be put up there. But this problem has been going on for almost 2 months now. When it first happened Olivia & Sierra were both giving me the runaround about what was happening to fix it, they’d both tell me different things lol. I finally got ahold of Melissa who’s over them and that went no where. A MONTH after it happened they finally had someone come look at it and was told they were going to replace my unit few days go and still no ac and haven’t heard from them. FINALLY I get in touch with Tommy (who is the AC guy from what they say) and we talked about a “temporary fix” well not even that tempo

I live here and the new office staff is awesome!! They are understanding and respectful!! Recently experienced a fire here and they help me throughout my regrouping from calling to check on me to asking if I needed anything! As far as the apartment it self.. I love my two story two bathroom apartment!! The area is quiet and it’s close to a park not to mention the playground and pool that’s on the property and it also has near by grocery stores!! So I highly recommend Holleman Oaks to anyone!! Go in and talk to Sierra she will help you get in to you new home! She is awesome!!
