Jackie is an outstanding manager! She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve needed something, she’s handled it quickly and with a great attitude. She’s a huge part of why this community feels so well‑run and welcoming!

Holland Gardens is such a wonderful community! I recently lived there for two years, but unfortunately I had to move due to work. Jackie, the property manager, is top notch! She always made herself available whenever I had a question. And she's a HUGE lover of dogs, which means so much to me, and my four-legged family member, Phineas. The major pluses... Holland Gardens has a beautiful (BIG) pool. The neighbors are all friendly, and their maintenance staff is very attentive... fixing anything, quickly. The apartment complex is located in the perfect spot, 5 minutes from 480, 7 minutes from 71, and 10 minutes from the turnpike. We just moved my parents in and are so very appreciative of all of Jackie’s help. The property is so well maintained and the rent is reasonable for the quality and included utilities. We are grateful to have found Holland Gardens and especially Jackie!

John who has JH Flooring is the best! He responds immediately with a schedule date or a quick solution to any issue I have. He will also go over and beyond to help put tile delivered in a pallet where it should go. The installers are considerate and efficient. Always cleans up after each job. I would recommend JH Flooring for all your hard flooring needs

Best place ever! Love the staff, and the attention to detail and especially love Jackie! She is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.
