We hadca great stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
Ski rental staff was very nice and friendly. However, the Holiday Valley guest services management was not sympathetic or friendly and spoke with unkind and condescending attitude for both in person and over the phone interactions.
Do not stay at Snowpine village condos. Complete dumps. Haven't been updated in long time. Place is gross
