Our company had the opportunity to work with Natalie at Holiday Home Watch for a mutual customer, and we found her to be a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project, Natalie was responsive, professional and efficient. She represented the mutual customer with integrity and with the goal of getting the job done correctly and on time. Its nerve raking leaving your home with a stranger, trying to find the perfect Home Watch service. I'm glad I did my research!. I did not know that Collier County doesn't require any special licenses or insurances to run a home watch service! I'm so happy to have found Natalie and her team. They are licensed, insured, professional and came with tons of referrals. I know I can call in moments notice if I have guests coming and them team will be there. I love knowing my home is being watched during hurricane season. If any issues arise, Natalie is always there taking care of everything. Highly recommend!!

We purchased a Vacation Rental and we found Natalie from Holiday Home Watch LLC. She is amazing! I never have to worry about anything. She oversees everything and checks the house from top to bottom on every visit and provides me with a report that includes pictures and details! She is personable, responsive and offers a great value. We could not do this without her!

Holiday Home Watch has provided condo turnover cleaning, home cleaning and home watch services for me since December. They have cleaned for me now at least 6 times. Natalie and her team do a fantastic job cleaning. They are thorough and leave my place spotless. I am never concerned about a guest complaint for cleanliness and timeliness for the turnover. I have only used the home watch service once but when I did, they showed up when scheduled, found an issue and notified me promptly.

Natalie's property management is superb. Natalie has a system and structure to manage our home. Her structure and discipline ensures any problems with our house are identified immediately and remedied quickly. She has an excellent eye for detail. She is very professional. Most importantly, she has a rapport and gravitas with the residential service providers which enables her to begin and complete projects quickly for me. I highly recommended Natalie to any property owner.
