Has balconies or patios, some buildings are single story, others are two stories. If you are tenant, you can request a transfer from a two story with open stairs to a single story with a doctors letter. A HUD Rural Development subsidized senior and disabled community, with 124 units. Manager is very strict on basic rules and maintenance is receptive and helpful. A respectable community to live in and feel safe.

Great place to live. They offer low income housing for seniors and the disabled. The office staff is a great bunch friendly helpful people!

This is actually my place of home I've lived here for almost 3 years and it although it has gone through a lot of changes I really am pleased with our manager that we now have and I or assistance and all of the maintenance people there right on top of things when things need to be done it's a wonderful place to live would highly recommend it for someone with low income great diversity of residence here

They are a Federal subsidise so HUD and low income are excepted. I hear from several people I know that they (management) is unfriendly and harsh. Very strict and they will write you up at the drop of a hat. Smokers must go to the street to smoke. Dogs and Cats are allowed with a deposit.
